All set and ready to go to human relations 4.0

Airbus has launched an interactive, web-based knowledge platform on HR 4.0. What is behind this platform and who can benefit from it? These questions are best answered by Marco Wagner, Senior Vice President Human Resources and Member of the Board of Management of Airbus in Germany, and Jan-Marcus Hinz, Chairman of the Central Works Council of Airbus in Germany.

    The conference agenda

The aim of the conference was to take stock and discuss the risks, opportunities, and challenges for human resources in the aviation industry with regard to digitalisation and Industry 4.0. Input provided by experts from the aviation industry and academia, trade unions, and the IT and education sectors added to the success of the day.

    Towards HR 4.0 in aviation

The “Human Relations 4.0” future project was launched in January 2017. “HR 4.0” is part of the much wider Airbus project “Industry 4.0 – Factory of the Future in the Aviation Business.”
